Our On-Premise Security Guard Services can include perimeter and boundary control, create a physical deterrent by having a strong security guard presence, and provide a friendly customer service professional to enhance your patron’s positive experience.

Our security guards can take immediate action and respond to situations such as break-ins, medical situations, or give directions to the correct entrances in restricted areas of a property or venue.

Security Service Reports

Our security officers are trained to report any incident of importance into their log sheets. The security officers have a daily activity-report folder where they record each incident worthy of mentioning that happens in their shift. These reports are part of the service and are a must. The supervisors check these reports on a daily basis, and a copy is provided to the client upon request. Action is taken on incidents based on the security officer’s observation. To increase our effectiveness in protecting you and your property, each officer is supplied with a digital, two-way radio for the immediate dispatch to local law enforcement, paramedics, the fire department, and the facility’s maintenance personnel. Static-on site Officers

For those clients & locations that need dedicated security officers at their facilities at all times, Lonestar Defense also offers Static On-Site services. When choosing our static service, we will help our clients create a security package for their specific property & dedicate a security staff to service their needs. Lonestar Defense is very specific about the officers we select to represent us & our clients, so we ensure that each officer sent to a client is not only certified to the minimum state standards of TXPSB but far beyond that.

Whatever is needed to ensure our clients’ needs are met, and their assets are protected. Clients can chose to have their officers monitor and control access to their properties, monitor gate activity, patrol property grounds on foot or a dedicated patrol vehicle, stand over watch as a visual deterrent, check ID's, or even monitor cameras from a security console.ole.

Lonestar Security officers working at static client locations will be equipped with radio communications that link up with not only our dispatch center, but also other officers in the field. Additionally, just like with our patrol vehicles, our static officers will also have access to a MDT to ensure the same quality and style of report writing that we are known for. Having a radio and MDT connected to our dispatch center and patrol division ensures that our static officers have the ability to call for assistance or a supervisor at any time.
